As well as modules for acquistions, disposals, leases and legal documentation ESTATETerrier also includes a key dates reminder screen, key tasks manager and is Geographic Information System (GIS) ready.

Task management within ESTATETerrier has been designed to allow you to set up your own ‘process flow’ and managment control of all date related tasks, including the steps involved in buying and selling property and all that is involved in managing leasehold property.

The leases/licences section has full rental history and status, additional and apportioned costs. Details are included for any number of lease terms, insurances etc. Restrictive covenants, wayleaves etc. are all covered in detail. All areas have comprehensive ‘memo’ facilities as well.

ESTATETerrier now has direct connections with Oakleaf’s webMADESimple Intranet content management system allowing information from all screens within the software to be published to your ‘intranet’ or wider very easily.
